What you’ll be doing:

  • Opening and monitoring all regular and electronic mails
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments and meetings for General managers, managers and other staff
  • Assist with planning conferences and tradeshows
  • Setting up, maintaining and monitoring online file database management system and data entry
  • Recording and preparing minutes for all meetings
  • Routing internal and external feedback to the appropriate channels and team members
  • Speak with or collaborate with vendors and third parties as required
  • Other duties as required

What we’re looking for:  

  • You have at least 5 years of office experience working within a software, technology, or startup environment is preferred
  • Effective communication skills-oral and written
  • Excellent computer skills- Advanced skills and competence in using Gsuite
  • Good data entry skills (Hubspot experience an asset)
  • Entrepreneurial can do attitude
  • Strong initiative and ability to work with minimum of supervision
  • Deadline driven with changing priorities. You are able to keep many ‘balls in the air’.
